Wondering if this would be any good in a yb running stage 3, road use only with oil change every 6 months (around 2,000miles).


Only asking because it's half the price of silkolene or equivalent.

Why not use the fuchs pro race 10/50 and change your oil every 4000 instead of 2000. For road use every 4000 will be totally fine.
Your costs work out roughly the same. Your using a very highly regarded oil and your spending less time faffing around doing oil changes and more time driving.

As for the original question of weather the oil you asked about is any good i have no idea......hth.

 

I used it in my scooby and I run other grades of Total in everything I own as I used to get a discount working for an authorised distributor.

I still use it now I have to pay full price as I trust it. I often change it at 2~3k miles unless it’s the wife’s car but I don’t run 400bhp.
