Default No spark on new zetec turbo build

Trying to get the ZT engine running while I'm off over Christmas, Got the keys sorted out for the immobiliser, red LED and the fuel pump priming tells me it ok, fuel is getting to the rail ok.
No spark at plugs when I test them to earth, I have power at the coil pack (middle pin) but don't seem to get anything at the other 2 pins for cyls 1&4 and 2&3.

Self wired to Omex ECU, does anybody have the test procedures for the position sensors that feed the ECU for it to send the signals to the coil pack.
Is there anything else I could test?

Tried 3 coil packs now, tested the resistance of the Crank and Cam position sensors.

Made a loom to test the voltage during cranking and getting a reading.

Continuity tested every pin on my Omex loom, that's all ok, checked the Ford ECU for the inputs that are spliced. Checked power and earth at ECUs.

There is 2 options for crank sensor wiring and tried it both ways round.
Even removed the rocker cover to check the timing.

Unable to download the diagnostic file off the Omex website.

Could it possibly be a blank ECU? it was bought new with a base turbo map on.

I take it it's an omex 600 ?

You need the tuning software on a laptop and connect the lap top to the ecu. The last two I did both needed a serial adapted and these being Chinese can be very hit and miss on if they work or not.

Once powered up you will see the base map and all the engine sensors. You can set the tps and you will see the engine cranking with a tachometer signal.

The two options for crank sensor you commented on are Vr and hall affect.
The zetec uses the Vr sensor they are polarity sensitive.

Omex 600 yes. I tried the wiring both ways round for the crank sensor just to be sure. Bit of a note in the wiring diagram.

I'm getting an error, after downloading it to open the file. I have leads ready.

It sounds like your trying to piggyback this onto the ford ecu ?

yeah piggybacked to standard ECU managed to download the Omex data file.

Will plug in and see what's going on!
