Default Advice please car part purchase refund and returns

I bought an item off a Facebook page last year. Well when it turned up it was damaged so raised a despute with PayPal as seller was not being helpful. Long story short he wouldn't arrange his own courier to collect item and would not respond to the PayPal dispute so then PayPal sided in my favour and refunded me in full well guy asked for his stuff back and again I told him to arrange his own courier which he still has not done. It's been ten months now item still not collected. So where do I stand regarding it?

they've already decided and you won the dispute, so as far as paypal are concerned its dealt with

Its up to the guy to come and get his stuff if he wants them back, send him a message and say the items need to be collected by a certain date, otherwise you will dispose of the item(s)

12 months it's legally yours

Tell him to collect within a reasonable time (28 days or so) or you will dispose or charge for storage

You need to notify him first though as it might come back and bite you.....

Just state, 'Goods will be disposed of if not collect within 28 days, If no correspondence is received I declare the goods my possession to do with as I please'

So long as you give him 'satisfactory' time to collect your fine
