Default Zetec Turbo Power

Had the ZT rolling roaded earlier. Managed 200hp dead on at the fly and 220ftlbs of torque. That was at .5 of a bar. I seem to be having trouble getting it to boost more than half a bar. Dodgy actuator possible?

Has the actuator got some pre load, boost leaks, how are you trying to increase the boost. Did the turbo boost more on your old engine, if its the same unit?

Different turbo to old engine. Ill have to check the actuator tomorrow, dont seem to have boost leaks and unfortunately a fricking bleed valve because no-one is getting back to me about wiring my boost solenoid into my OFAM! :@

If the bleed valve won't give it any more boost it could be a lack of preload on the actuator, I had this with 1 of my cvh's once over.
