If Jay is having crank rods and Pistons then how much for the block and oil squirt etc? The shipping could all be to Jays address if that helps with cost and we can split based on the weight.

Rods a grand Pistons a grand liners a grand plus costs to fit them into block! That price above is really good for someone looking to build a 600+ engine
Yes of course that is obvious without being rude. My line of thinking is how will clamping force be the same with a billet cap and a std cap. How would you determine what the settings should be as they cant be the same due to material. Any I have seen on various engines have them all billet. Do you know why this was done? I can only guess it was due to a failure of a bearing or crank damaging the journal and possibly the crank. Or as silly as someone lost the other caps.
Again I presume that it was line bored after the caps fitted?
If the other caps can be made by the fabricators I would be interested in the package. I am trying to get a better understanding in what would need to be done.
Also I noticed the block is machined for the large bore long studs. Do these come with the package and are they damaged complete etc. Can you get some close up photos of block, caps, studs etc email them if you prefer.
Lastly what type oil jets are fitted.

Regarding the billet caps, this was the solution before Julian Godfrey designed the girdle with intigrated caps. The block was running with this caps and make huge torque and over 500 bhp on a 48mm restrictor.
I am pretty sure they are torqued up the same as the standard caps but will ask the engine builder to be sure.
Long studs are included but they are used ones.
I will send pictures of everything you asked.
