Default what inlet manifold for sierra zetec turbo?

Hi folks, what inlet manifold for sierra zetec turbo? i have basically got everything for the conversion but the rover inlet is obviously going to be facing towards the bulkhead wrong way. so was wondering if i could get away with either the standard zetec or xr3i manifold? im not looking to get massive power and dont really want to have a custom mani made up as im on a bit of a budget. Thanks in advance.

How about a plastic inlet? Used for blacktops or the later silvertop engines out of Escort 115 hp spec? Tb sits vertical and with a 90° elbow and a set of air hoses you'd be fine I think.
