Default What tool is best for the job?

Hi
I want to cut some of the inner door skins off my track car to reduce weight what's the best tool for the job to get a neat edge? I have seen a small air reciprocating saw or a grinder?
Any ideas?

Cheers

I would avoid the grinder sparks can burn anything and the dust goes everywhere too
air saw is ok, drill a pilot hole to get started, drill hole at each corner
I would use an oscillator, or air shears ,
all the air cutters use a lot of air, so a fairly big compressor is needed

I have just had a look at them are they like a dremel? And do they use a disc or blade?

Cheers

50litre compressor is plenty for an air reciprocator, and as said above less sparks and mess

Just use a grinder with a 1 mm disc and a thick dust sheet to protect paint, gives a nice finish and is cheap, then finish it off with a flap disk if you want it nice a smooth, I have an air saw, air shears and most things you can think of but choose a grinder most times
