The STs are a nice car. If you have a drive in a cossie you might be disappointed cause the ST will be so comfortable to drive.

I still use mine but not as much as I did. If its raining I wont use it lol. When the shity weather comes it will be getting left on the drive and properly covered up. Thanks for the comment about my car at FF.

Thanks mate ! lots of people I've spoken to say they regret getting rid , although a few have moved onto an RS since and love them

 

What thay like then the st's mate? there quite fast arn't thay?

 

Mostly depends on spec mate . They certainly aren't ground breaking as standard - but have a nice little bit of shove once you get out of 1st & 2nd gear - nice and smooth to drive and play a nice choon !

Mine has 3" turbo back exhaust 100cell cat , dreamscience DSCi remap , airtec gen3 cooler , rs clutch conversion and a panel filter - certainly not the quickest thing out there but goes quite well for the moment .

Looking to spend some more on it when I get the finances sorted

Having said that I've seen ones with 500bhp / 500+ibft ....which are essentially RS engines in an ST body ...., now THEY go ! just not off the line

 

I like the look of them there not as in your face as the rs. more of a pocket rocket.lol

 

As he's just said but proper comfy to drive. Great daily IMO.

Best thing once bought is a remap.

Yeh defo. I love my puma. Its just a go cart. I would rather the puma rust than the cossie lol.
