I have the Das6 Pro which I bought from Clean Your Car and its great, highly recommend it. I believe that there is still a group buy if you join up with Detailing World, or at the very least there are CYC discount codes available

Very nice results, I'm currently getting into detailing and proper cleaning of our vehicles and really want to progress onto something like this.

Absolutely, The best thing about the DA as opposed to rotary is you won't build up enough heat to knacker the paint even if you hold it in one place

Also before you start check Junkman's YouTube channel out very good no nonsense advice, in particular this set of four videos regarding exactly what you want to do to They are all long and need watching a few times to get all the info in (if you have a memory like mine )

I warn you now however Detailing can become addictive especially if you start playing over at Detailing World. for example I finished building this for myself a couple of weeks ago after seeing a genius idea for the same thing on DW.

I have to say however it makes my life uber easy, that and the new drive I have made myself

Das 6 for me. Great DA and when used
with the right compounds, polishes and
pads, can produce great results.

Thanks,

Matt.

Das 6 pro from clean your car, discount code DAS6GROUPBUY gets it for 100 delivered. Which is an absolute bargain! You won't find a cheaper price for the pro anywhere!

As said above I looked at junkman's videos and took notes before I started. Just make sure you don't get too harsh a compound or pad if it's for soft paint.

That detailing box is bad ass by the way! A bit nerdy but bad ass! Haha

One of these is what I've got and works a treat, had mine for about 3 years + and use it very regularly and it's perfect.

Glad I spotted this thread, wasn't sure what DA to get but from what I've been reading online the DAS6 pro is all I'll ever need and costs just over Ł100 without accessories.

Like the meguiars brand but I couldn't pay Ł250 just for the DA.

Take a look at the pro+, it is more of a rupes style machine and my go to now for enhancement work.

I'll have a swatch Jason, I'm ideally looking for a decent wee starter kit with the above mentioned DA included.

I'm a complete novice with all this, I've only just got my first snow foam gun lol.
