Default Festival of Speed, worth it?

I've been offered a pair of tickets for the Sunday, £80 the pair, normal entry tickets. Thinking of taking the gf for a day out. Is it worth the price? Has anyone been before? Do you see enough with the normal tickets or are all the good views etc saved for the premium ticket packages?

Cheers,

Gordy

100% worth it, not a cheap day out but still a great atmosphere.

Best car show I've ever been to so much so that everything else seems shit after you've been.

Is it mad busy and super hard to get good views of the track/hill climb, or have you enough room to breath and look about the place?

My dad went I think 2 years ago, he didn't think it was worth it, said it was far too crowded to have a decent look anywhere.

I am going for all 4 days, went last year for Thursday and Friday and it was really good the only down side was it took 4 hours to get in on the Friday and only 45 minutes on Thursday! Travelling from Portsmouth.
This year I have hired a camper van and are staying at the on site camp site so can walk in in minutes.
