Default YBA fuel injector issue???

Wonder if anyone can help??
Just fitted a YBA into a Mk1 Escort, won't start.
I've good sparks and 3.5 to 4 bar fuel pressure.
I've popped the injector rail and injectors out and occasionally am getting a jet from one or at most two injectors then nothing when cranking the engine over.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Dave

Have you got any Noid lights to check if the injectors are getting a signal?
Failing that just a normal LED pushed into the injector plug and see if it flashes when cranking.
You could have a dodgy phase or crank sensor.

Default Thanks Rich

Tried niod lights, no pulse signal. Crank sensor all gummed up with crap. Move cleaned it off and now I'm getting more pulses but not correct trigger. Suspect faulty crank sensor. One on order, fingers crossed that's it

Thanks for advice

Take it down to Tony at Turbosystems, Unit 9, Winpenny Rd, ST57RH.

If he can't get it to work nobody can

quick update

crank sensor fitted but still no joy, still got sparks and occasional injector pulses.

fitted phase sensor, fired straight up.

one step closer, I might just get to classic Ford show after all!!!

thanks for the comments / advice
