Default fitted new turbo and now new issues

dont know if this is the right area to ask but

well turbo went on my car (blue smoke on gear changes, visibly knackered when removed), so have replaced with an uprated dpc one now and only when the car is hot if you change gear nothing as soon as you put your foot on the accelerator pedal what looks like grey smoke.

only does it when its hot and its a good load of smoke, doesn't use water or seem to use any oil etc so far have checked the pcv which is very clear and appears to be working, re adjusted the actuator (turned it down, was running 1.2bar/17.5 psi)

when new turbo was fitted, i removed lead to coilpack, had oil feed from turbo removed turned over a couple of times till oil came out, fitted oil feed to car with oil drain removed turned over until oil came out, refitted everything started car up let it run upto temperature then took for a test drive (without big right foot), did i do anything wrong ?? also car had new oil, filter, the banjo gauze was cleaned out and fresh new antifreeze

any ideas ?? as really stumped, car runs/starts/ticks over brilliantly, doesn't misfire or hesitate, pulls through gears like an absolute rocket

never did this prior to turbo change (old turbo was rightly knackered, and gave out some blue smoke on gear changes)

as soon as on boost and going no smoke its just the split second from gear change as soon as you hit the loud pedal, and also when its been on a run if you rev it a little it smokes like cheech and chong
only thing i have done different is fit the new turbo and the new forge actuator

You have not said what car its on.

Oil will be everywhere and take a while to burn off.It will be in the cooler/pipes and exhaust.
I took everything off mine and cleaned it out.It still smoked for a while on run down and when I had been pottering about. The initial boot after that used to chuff a bit

when u install a new turbo (this is what i do anyways0 your suppose to inject with a syringe some oil into feed and turn shaft to lubricate..then with feed attached to turbo crank car wthout coil to ensure passage of oil

once this is done you plumb oil return to engine and then crank again till oil pressure light goes off (thats crank ten seconds , wait ten second then crank again till light goes off) then attach coil plug and start car and idle for 5 minutes or operating temp.

by what you have explained above it sound like you cranked with no oil goin past shaft (as u say u left oilfeed to turbo unplumbed?)thus only the air was turning the shaft therefore poss cracking housing? - im sure a guru on here will say YAY or NAY but tht is my suspicion as i did this twice (like a duche) yup read again to make sure u cranked without oil feed to turb possible damage
