Pop out of 2nd?? I wouldn't know as most of its on the road. There are multiple holes in the bell housing. So would need a complete box.

Oh yeah. Would any 5 speed fiesta gearbox fit? Or would it have to be from another ST? I've been told yes and no by different people.

Been told you can get a 6 speed box?!?!? Have a look around for that, better for cruising then and it does rev its tits off on motorways.

I've gotta save the pennies to get it fixed... Cars never break when you have the money... But as soon as you need every penny (Christmas) they decide to break!

There is a certain model of 1.8ondeo 6 speed that will fit I've been told. Never looked into it.

I just popped another std box in when I blew mine to pieces.

Well no since you have a mazda engine lol. Off the top of my head focus mk2s and mondeo mk3s and alot of mazdas will fit your engine but not sure if thay will fit your car.

best bet for fitting me thinks would be get a good st bell housing and bolt that ontop the mk1 focus 1.8 gearbox as most of the mk6 fiesta is just a mix between mondeo mk3 and mk1 focus parts and ford just liftted the front brake calipers f3om the st170 so most prop thay lifted the gearbox from the 1.8 as that had a one bell hosuing as well and just put a new one off bell hosuing on there but thats my best guess mind!
