I thought it was about 12psi,any higher and the a.c.t is too high

The double capacity cooler was designed to run 200 bhp max (around 17 psi)
I designed it back in 1990..... things have moved on a little since then

Im running over 200bhp on a GRS Intercooler (Poo I know

Thats a bit unfair. I have the original very first GRS Intercooler and it has been hammered with 28psi practically since day one. My ACT's are great.
Having said that, I will be looking for a new Intercooler to go with the new engine that is underway......
