Heated seats won't work on my st220?

The lights light up when you turn them on and so on the more you press the + on the button but the seats aren't getting warm? I had an old ghia x and they got really warm so I know these aren't right!
Any reason for this? Cheers in advance guys

Checked to see if the heated pads in the seat are getting power?

Sorry I know how to test and everything but not looked under seat yet so not sure what wires are for what yet.
And specific colour I need to test across?
