mk 3 mondeo 2.5 v6 2001 loss power
hi I am new 2 this I need sum help I have a mondeo 2.5 v6 2001 and it started 2 loss power at 3-3500 rpm I have changed plugs and petrol filter still same it starts fine and goes well till 3000rpm then dyes rac said p0174 too lean is this fuel starvation ?

Found this on BBA reman (Fuel pressure spec)
Mondeo 2001 2.5 Duratec engine
V6 2.5 450 kPa (4.5 bar 65 Psi) +/- 5% at idle and greater than 320 kPa (3.2 bar 46 Psi) after ten mins.

Well you need someone to check the pressure.
It's a tank off job to change the pump. Priced one on a 1.8 recently and the pumps are best part of £300.
(poss more for a V6)
