only trouble is really you need a rolling road for a proper set mapp iv used castle performance back years ago the set them up on road it was crap lol

Chez is right when your car comes back from NMS plus Karl has your car a couple of days to also make sure you don't have any cold start problems.
Ronnie Amis has his set up by MSD at Blackpool so they can't be mugs either, so really it's your choice.

I am lost with this statement

are you saying you would like yours set up on a rolling road ? as most folk don't trust the discrepancies with RR's

to be honest i dont think its making the power claimed just now, a t34.48 will never make 400bhp, the cam will will help it make power a bit earlier and hold the power better,
as already mentioned above, do yourself a favour and avoid pj for any future mapping,
the mapping from there is famous for being bad, i've never seen it myself but just heard from many people i know and trust
if its currently running (supposed)385bhp on a t34.48 at 25psi, then i'd also be asking what type of magic wand he used to map it
i think they've been a little optimistic with the truth there in my honest opinion
you'd need to see a dyno plot with the lambda/AFR on it to see if its rich/lean etc, cant say without
greys should be ok at that kinda power level as long as the rest of the fuel system is up to scratch
so if its mapped right, then no need for it to be leaning out

yeah sorry mate all i want is to somebody to have a look at the graph to see if its leaning out or not more then likely il prob be going back to pj as its his livemapped it and can it make the power at that boost on stock engine?
and would an ab07 cam 2 bar boost make the 400 bhp its a t34/48?
When mine was live mapped properly by NMS they had looked at the chip PJ had burned and it contained no data below 2k revs and was very shonky above with unstable boost and ridiculously rich fuelling. 70 hp transmission loss is very generous - there's no way it's making the power he's said at the boost I'm afraid - mine wasn't quite making 400 with a hugely ported head and 32 psi on a t34.63 so at 25psi on a .48 you'll be seeing 350 max, prob slightly less.
If you're Midlands based theen I'd strongly recommend either NMS or Reyland, I've personally used both and they both have outsanding reputations for a good reason.......

with full boost not hitting til 4300 rpm are you sure its a 0.48 housing ?
also the amb temp sensor location will have a massive effect on corrected power outputs.
I have had a car run on a dynapack with a din correction factor and with the amb temp sensor seeing 60d with it hung under the bonnet it added 60 whp in corrections !
we really need all the data from the dyno run to get a better picture of a true hp figure.

as said above i'd say its prob maxing out a little under 350bhp
i dont think adding anymore boost would give anymore power realy
as the exhaust housing on the turbo is going to be restricting it at that power
so more boost will prob just make the EGT's higher and not make much more power if any
go somewhere that knows what they're doing, if you want more power then,
bigger hotside for the turbo (.63 etc), ab07 cam and DECENT map, i bet its a differant car to drive

as above, it prob wont raise peak power much if any, but will give a broader power band,
the .63 isn't realy that laggy, but it is a bit more than your current turbo
i dont think you'll see anymore power without a turbo change, as its currently a limiting factor,
but a decent set up/map will prob make te car feel faster so well worth doing
cant go wrong with reyland, martin will keep you right
