Default Probably quite a stupid question

The suspension on my car looks pretty shagged to be fair.

Also the front hubs are still 4x4...

if i wanted to stay 2wd which i think i do, what would i need to change the hubs and is there any real point?

Also if i wanted suspension what would i order? 2wd saff suspension? 4wd still?

cheers guys

Rob

The rear end is 2WD. Front ed is 4x4. So either by them like that or change the front end to 2wd. I think changing the front end to 2wd apparently makes them handle like a dog but that is only what I have heard.

The rears was rebuilt not long before I bought the car. Polly bushed in 2010 with a full kit.

Cossie rears are all the same whether they 2wd or 4x4.

Only thing that's differents is diameter of front struts.

Th rear shocks on them konis have (from factory) coilover spring cups on them.

They was removed and refurbed and when the car was put back together parts had been painted etc. I didnt go much on the silver/grey colour myself and would of prefered the ford blue.

so if i got 2wd gaz for example what would i need to change the front to a full 2wd setup?

in your opinion would it compromise handling like booner suggests?

IMO I'd make the front end a complete 2wd set up. I also think it'd make it better to drive.

I can't help but think the stub axle left in is a bit botched.
