If you can stretch to coilovers, get them, but they can potentially give a very hard ride. If you cant stretch to them and your shocks are in good nick, a set of lowering springs will be fine, just don't go too low (I wouldn't go more than 40mm) hope that helps.

also cheap ebay coilies can give u a harsh ride, had some fitted on my old car (mk2 seat Ibiza) which was wound right down (car practically sitting on the floor its a Dub thing lol) to the point where It was bouncing around too much at the rear for my liking

Ye that couldn't of been comfortable, but at least (generally) coilovers can be adjusted, so lowered for shows and stuff.

Eibach springs direct from ford. I fitted the Diesel car springs to my ST. about 35mm drop all round.

Save and get coilies! Worth it and save Ł140 quid in the process!

You'll pay 140-150 for springs, then decide that you'll have to upgrade anyways.

I have a similar fiesta, but restricted to 35mm because of the insurance. Could you link me to where you got yours from?

Do you use yours as a daily? I travel on a roads every single day and a bit of rain can flood the entire road but not to the point where you can't get across it. Just worried about loosing all the practicality of the car if I go too low.

I had a look at that picture. I think that low is quite nice, its practical and doesn't look silly, how comes you'd want to go lower?

I don't know I just don't think it's low enough the gap between the wheel and the arch is to big I like it so the tyre is just touching the arch
