just something i read today that i never knew ,was the s1 and 3 door cosworth were given the green light to be built at the same meeting of ford management back in 1983

s1 was to be the rally car and the 3 door the race car

just thought id share lol

 

Cool fact, wouldn't of thought the s1 was a rally car instead of a touring car though
