Yes that must be the one, looking at the condition of the car & the old school tyre it must have been tucked up in some garage somewhere
Looks like the sort of car you would see in an early max power mag

Would look so much better without the rear spoiler, Cossie version looks so out of place.
Cool Retro look though

Taking away the looks of it I would be concerned at what was under the kit before parting with any cash, but still wouldn't pay 10k for it

It's a bit of car history, it was cars like this that made max power so popular, I remember having a poster of a blue cab on my wall when I was 16, if I had the money and some were to keep it I would buy it,

Same here I kind of like it!
Just needs toning down alittle lose the rear spolier and replace it with a 90 spec, smooth the front bumper out so it's not so angular, lose the hole in the rear arches and round the sides skirts off, put standard headlights in and Bobs your Nan.

IIRC they were a very expensive kit back in the day. Sure they were full replacement body panels rather than bonded on fiberglass.

See that I really like wide arches but much smoother not a 100% on the rear spoiler thou.

sorry but i think the astra is just as ugly as the escort. they look far too wide for the length of the car, the same way ferrari kitted mr2s do. marmite it is and im on the hate side!
