Default Fiesta xr2 question

How do all. I have recently brought a fiesta xr2 which i have just noticed has mayo on the dipstick. I have sourced a replacement and my plan was to get it rebuilt whilst the other engine is still going. My question/questions is what sort of price would it cost me to get it rebuilt and secondly would it make more sense to just get a zetec put in her? Sorry in advance if this has been asked before but im at work so bit short on time for searching etc
Thanks

It could just be a head gasket!

you can check this with a pressure test!

Also probably cheaper to just replace this than a replacement engine! Also If you take the head off you can see what sort of nick it is in to!

Good luck!
