With regards to the Nova, I'd have a good look at the rust in the engine bay around the strut areas. A friend had an Escort XR3i with rust like that. He stood on the brakes trying to get the ABS to work and ripped the strut tops clean away from the car and pushed the wheels back into the wings and A-pillar.

Other than that, the Nova looks like a good 1st car

By any chance, is the exhaust really loud on the Nova??? Looks very like one i used to see kick about years ago, in a place called Forth.

Nova is a brilliant first car. Needs the wheels done silver, and the bottom half of the doors and 1/4s done grey

Wanted one since I was 13/14 so I'm happy now lol. Speedlines will be done silver if I keep them but not doing the doors because that would be me going down the SRi look.

Well went and got the ST dyno'd with some mates and it made bang on 300 but its been held back something awful from the map and RS injectors, so standard ones are going back on and going back up to get map tweaked then back on it.

Went for a spin in a Revo Stage 4+ RS today, "OH MY GOD". I thought the 300BHP ST was quick lol!

The RS sitting nice on some Compomotive's!

Got it on the RR the other day and It made bang on 300 but Simon said the RS injectors aren't working with the Revo map so standard ones are going back in then he can tinker with the map again and should make more, hoping for 320!
