Default Audi A6

I've been looking at a couple of A6 Avant's, one with and one without the extra seats in the boot. Does anyone know if the extra seats can be retro fitted into the one without?

Should be able to as the floor pans aren't likely to have changed. TBH though the seats aren't up to much and a people carrier may be a better option for you.

I think you're probably right. So now the hunt is on for a people carrier, budget of £2300, the only thing is needing a decent sized boot space. I've already had a look at a few Galaxy's and the like, but not impressed with the boot space. I had a look at a Chrysler Grand Voyager earlier, boot space seems decent enough, just dont know anything about them, its a 2.5 td SE.

One if the Voyagers got a terrible NCAP score, but any boot-mounted rear seat is not a good place to be in a crash.

The Voyager came to grief on the test drive, managed to get stuck in 1st gear, and couldn't select any other gears.

Voyager is shocking in crash tests. Cheapily made from cheap materials. How about a Mitsubish Shogun? As much as it pains me even a Vauxhall Zafira might be a better shout.

Just looked there'd fookin hundreds of the buggers out there!
