Hi I'm new to this site, recently bought a Fiesta Zetec S TDCI I want to get a Panel filter for it, will this make a louder Turbo sound? Thanks Olie

 

nope it will do nothing like mine does lol
a cone filter will make it sound abit better but on a mk6 theres no were really to put it , maybe a little more room on a mk7 but i dont no much about these . which do you have ?

 

Grr! I want that swooshing sound! I have the mk6.5 2007 model

 

it makes a good noise when you take the air filter and box out lol but i dont recommend it lol

Which filter do you use? And do you get that Waste Gate / dump valve type sound when you change gear?

 

ive got a k&n panel filter mate not much use if ime honest i wish ide spent the Ł40 on something else lol .

no mate you will only get that sound with a cone but theres not much room for them theres a few pics on the zetec s owners site but they look abit messy to me.Theres also a few vids on you tube.

 

Hmm that sucks, I've read somewhere before about making a custom air intake, maybe that could do the job
