Evening all.
A mates decided that he'd like to come with me & the mrs to ford fair.
I've got an escort van, would it be legal to fit a 3rd seat in the back providing its secured properly & has a seatbelt?

No problem fitting rear seats in a van if done properly, but need to inform insurance I would have thought

 

seatbelts only work at their correct angles so a harness would be best
