Does anybody know the kerb weight (unladen weight) of a standard Zetec S Fiesta MK5.....

 

From memory I'm sure its 970kg....can't seem to find much info though. Hope this helps.

 

Just found the weight, don't know how accurate it is but you were nearly bang on if it is!

It was listed as 976kgs.

Its interesting to see how much weight the fiesta has put on the last 20 years my mk3 is 200kg lighter!

 

Not strictly true as the Mk3 can vary from 770kgs to 965kgs dependant on model. (I have all the MK3 stats!!)

The RS 1800 which is roughly a similar specced car is only 11kgs lighter than the zetec s, don't forget the MK5 is essentially a mk3 chassis with different skin panels on)
