Default tyre size for 16x8 et25 on saph cossie.. PICTURES!!!

Hey chaps just looking for some advice on tyre size for some new wheels i have bought. the wheels are 16x8 with a et25 offset. the car is not very low but sits on 35mm drop B n G springs.
I think this is the same size and et for escort cossie wheels which i have seen on sapphires. have test fitted and taken some pics.
Im thinking 215 40 16 should do the trick?
or what have you used in the same circumstances..

thanks in advance for any pointers.

I would use 215 40 16 as that was what I used on my old 4x4 saph cossie when I was running escort vosworth alloys and they were 8 x 16 and had no problems with them rubbing either

Stunning wheels and saph. Love the idea of the door mouldings colour coded.

I've got 215/40 16s on the same rims on my saff. Front rubs very slightly but back is grand without camber shims.
