we must modified the manifold to fit on the st170 head the inlet ports placed higher then in the standard zetec head
i ordered 4x SF individual throttle body a SF inlet manifold and a turboplenum airhorns linkage kit and fuel rails
if I have received the parts I will just take pictures and post on forum

That is an epic spec. What a car, when will it be finished and dyno'd
I have a similar spec, cgi block, ST170 head, Cosworth pistons, Pro alloy cooling package etc etc. is it coming over to the UK this summer?

a never-ending story is also a very cool project
do you have adjustments made to your gearbox or differentiall
if you have the standard Quaiffe diff ,I can recommend a Drexler diff much more grip and no torque steering it is a totally different car
i am in the UK with Trax but with the old engine i think
it is a job for in the winter to swap the engine
also a 2.2 engine ? and what kind of turbo do you use

Awesome spec. I would seriously send Will mentioned earlier in the thread about the gains of keeping the VVT active if you can get the DTA S60 to work with it.
Are you on the DTA Forum? Might be worth asking the question on there

My freind had those arms on his 550bhp RS and the bushs failed the first time he took it out on the road , he thought it could be down to the ftlb's as they were only really designed to be used on N/A focus's in the states , he was going to get some bearing style bushs made up but his car has recently taken a back seat
