convert to l8 managment then the world is your oyster as far as im aware the t25 escorts managment is limited to around 300 ish bhp after that it gets difficult/ exspensive to tune

2nd that.

Don't fit the old cossie stuff that's probably seen better days. Things have moved on since the 1980's.

Speak to MAD re a management swap.

You can map them to have over 300bhp. My friends had his mapped at NMS on a hybrid T28 and it was over 300bhp. Pretty sure Turbosystems and MSD can map EECIV too. MSD was developing a T34 conversion for them a while back.

I like the sound of sierra or earlie escos management due to owning a sierra which was dirt cheap and very easy to tune! One of my friends runs a after market management and is having quite a few problems think its a omex

Do you mean you have a donor car to rob all the bits off? If not, it will soon add up, especially if you're going wasted spark etc. upto you but I'd definitely do the aftermarket

msd never finished the t34 conversion.

with an aftermarket ecu you can do anything you want and you use the "better" htt inlet manifold.
mine is about 360 at the moment and i´ve no probs with it.
