Default 2wd drive shaft/CV issue - pics

My 3dr driveshafts are causing me issues - they don't go back together the way they come apart - am i missing something regading the washers

So any info off anyone that has worked on 3dr shafts before would be great

The washers don't go back on with the circlip this is what i find

With the inner circlip, washer, cv, outer washer - no room for circlip

washer removed - see the ring on the centre joint - not enough space for washer and circlip

Then both washers turned around and built

The with the washer the correct way

Then with both inner and outer washers removed - sitting on the inner clip so the gap you see is to be divided equally for both sides showing not enough space

2wd hafts or 4wd shafts are only held in place with circlips no washers fitted

3dr shafts come with a tapered washer that sits on the inner circlip - so fit up then give the top circlip a tap and it should click in - the other little problem was 2 of the inner ball races were the wrong way around so changed and all is fine. I had to change them so the ball race with the round groove around the centre hole was facing outwards
