Default Group A RL7s Help Please

Got a set of groupA fit rl7 wheels
Basically, i got a set of the 'conversion nuts' so i can put them on using std studs.
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/8-X-FORD-G...item3374fca79e

However, i put the nuts on and tighten and the wheel is still slack.
What i think is there should be a steel insert in the wheels maybe?

Any thoughts or ideas? needing help here.

Right, did your wheels have a steel sleeve or that in them?
As mine just dont tighten.
An with the wheel off and you put a nut in, the sholder sticks on past flush on the other side.if that maks sense? ie they are too long

Hi mate! Have you solved your problem? Because I also need such nuts to fit groupA wheels. And now I doubt whether such nuts can help me...

Just a thought. . . Have you checked to make sure you got the right spigot ring in the centre.
