ive got a 2.0 focus lump in a mk4 - so basically the same as mk5. Its got a silvertop cam cover and inlet but its a blacktop lump.

Im using the gearbox from a 1.3 endura mk4 fiesta, so it mates straight up to the box mounts, and also puts the starter under the inlet at the back.

Top man, thank you for the advice! That sounds like a plan. Was there any modifying of engine mounts etc?? And also, what sort of power are you running, and what would the gearbox take?

Thanks

Running around 200bhp with 7psi from an eaton supercharger. Gearbox seams to e holding up but I'll rebuild the internals with st150 gears when it fails.

Had to make an engine mount for the osf.

Sounds good to me, and a pretty cheap conversion, as you can pick up a blacktop for about Ł200!

Sounds pretty good to me, what diff are you running?

Pop some photo's up if you could, would love to see this build!
