we took one in px at work the other day an the boss said i could buy it cheep if i want it.. its low milage with full body kit leather.. fully loaded on a 53 plate.
my problem is its a blody vaxhall an dont no shite bout them. has anyone got one an no,s the problems that come with a vaxhall?? apart from the badge its a nice car.

 

Had an engine go on one Liners drop into the bores pressurising the coolant system an engine is more than the car is worth. Boss at my old workplace had one 55 plate and we ended up using it to sort a damage repairable car

And apart from the rear boomerang arms in the rear suspension not had much more experiance with them

 

I took one as a company car once. It is exactly the same to drive as a Vectra, with the same dash and driving position etc., just less practical.

The 3.0 CDTi V6 is an Isuzu engine and goes and sounds well. Didn't keep mine long enough to have any problems.

Mechanically, it's built on the Vectra estate floorpan so think of the Signum as that and you won't go wrong by looking for any troubles that afflict that car.

There's lots of legroom in the back because of the estate base, but the middle seat in the back is for small people for short journeys - and they will moan during the shortest of trips! And the boot is surprisingly small for such a big car.
