Default What to do with old laptop?
I have bought the wife a new netbook, which means the laptop that I gave her is no longer needed by her. Now, it's about 5 years old. It runs Vista but with only 1GB of Ram, so it's mental slow....

Can I still get XP? I reckon it's be loads better with XP on it....

Get linux on it... Ubuntu is the most popular for first timers..
