Right need some help ive got a FRST and i want to swap the CVH for a 1.8 ltr black top zetec and turbo it.

Ive got the 1.8 zetec and a good t3 ive heard that i might need to use adaptor plates to fit the efi manifold and t3 manifold is that correct ?

will i need to drill a new oil return if so where abouts does it need to go ?

i know ill need to get a new engine management any suggestions ?

Ive been told that the compression ratios are pretty much the same on the cvh - zetec is this true?

What injectors should i be using ?

please help as id like to get a shopping list together and build the engine and get it in the car to see what needs chopping/adapting
