Default 2.5 v6 duratec help

Please help I'm at my wits end every time I start my mondeo v6 is sound like a rush of water in behind the passenger foot well I've had it in 2 garages now and had water pump replaced and thermostat replaced also new water lines but still have this problem also sometimes it struggles to start which according to the garage is a water problem !!!!!!!! Any help would be appreciated

Never heard this in my ST but always happened in RS2000's I have had and to get rid of it I parked the car up hil, tuck off the header tank lid and reved the engine up, was always trapped air in the system which didn't make sence as theres no water pipes by the footwell pmsl but thats where the sound came from.

Are the heaters getting warm.How far up does the temprature gauge go up.

Temp goes up half way (just under) the heaters work fine nice and hot

sure this is not an induction sound ? know as "moosing "as for poor starts could be you need to clean the upper and lower intake manafold the EGR dumps a lot of crap in thare.
