Default Heavy/notchy power steering on 4x4

Just dragged the saph out for the first time this year and the steering initially was extremly heavy but freed up after moving it.
It has been lowered on a Koni kit from what I'm aware and the steering has always been fairly heavy, I know the tracking is spot on as I did it today it has circia 3degrees of negative camber.
Has anyone had any issues with the pas after standing the car up?
Also how heavy is the steering on saphs as standard and do they get heavyer when lowered.
Car had new tca's track rod ends and pas fluid about 18 months ago.

The height of the car will not make any difference to the effort needed on the wheel by the driver, well not enough to notice anyway.
The pumps can become sticky, just put in some WYNNS power steering system conditioner, I use it myself, as it's ace.
The steering should be as light as any other pas car, ie not heavy by any means, you should just about be able to turn the wheel with 1 finger against the spoke, here again the wynns stuff works wonders freeing up the pump, esp after/if laid up for periods.
