Got a non running turbo cab the other week, and first things first the fuel pump aint priming. The relay is ok and i'm fairly sure the pump is too, the previous owner has tried various ecu's etc - so my question is, do either of the black or silver ECU's control the fuel pump circuit?

No. Unless it's a Series 1 turbo.

If it has a pink relay, it is triggered by the negative side of the ignition coil on a green wire.
