MFI to EFI sandwich plate any good?
I want my car converting to EFI and have been told if i keep my MFI head i would need a sandwich plate to make the EFI injectors work, but is there a downside to this?Would i be better off in long run sourcing a EFI head?Cheers.

I was running one without problems.
You could grind out the ports a little like in the efi heads, only seen it being done once.
Would be a head off job though.

An EFi conversion plate has benifits and no downsides.

stu no offence mate it dont look that great from here?
Does the injector section have a tappered cut as it looks like its just milled out flat.
If it is like this the fuel will not flow nicely and is not a great work of art like you said. lol.
