A lot of people meet up in cars at Milton Keynes Sunday night. Im in luton.

 

sunday night at hockey stadium and theres a meet sundays at cranfield . im in bedford

 

white lion retail park Dunstable think Tuesday night.

 

Yer I know about hockey stadium and Cranfield but is there any Ford meets. The Ford meets are more interesting than seeing sum twat in a corsa bombing it about with his 15 year old girlfriend lol

Thanks. Im from the ghetto of Milton Keynes called Fishermead lol. Ive not got the van no more. I stupidly sold it a while ago cause I ran out of money to fix it and the rust was getting worse and worse. Im driving a Escort GTI (3dr). I nearly sold this too but Ive changed my mind and Im gonna fix it now lol. Do you have an Escort GTI i take it?

Are you modding the van or is it for work?

 

bit of both at the minute just started putting a sound system in it then going to tidy it up a bit for now and a few subtle mods

 

Vans are the way forward. I really hope I get the chance to do another one again

 

yea i was going to get a mk4 escort combi but not many around now and decided it wouldn't be the most practical for work

Wasn't in my s2 at the time, otherwise would of stopped by - saw a tidy escos and many st/ focus rs's

 

Really? Well Ive only heard good things about Jamie and JamSport and Ive seen a few of their cars on track and they are mean as fuck, so I thought they're the people to see. Have you been there at all?

 

Ive never hear about the meets so its just a case of if I see one or not lol. I did see one a couple of years ago. What seemed to be a classic ford group all met up at the Barn pub. I got my mate to take me home so I could pick up my RST van and drove down there. Amazing Mk1 and Mk2 Escorts as well as a random Focus RS lol

 

I'm in Northampton and there is usually pretty big classic ford meets in MK, only through the summer months though IIRC. Took the RST down once and didnt even get that much flak.

Obviously when a magazine was there taking pictures some purists got a bit sh*tty saying "why is that 80's piece of plastic tat allowed in the photoshoot" but other than the odd nobber they were a cracking bunch and generally showed interest.

I'm pretty sure the MKRSowners club organise a fair few meets as well.

 

I didnt talk to anyone cause the all looked at me funny (maybe cause I turned up with a mate driving a Peugeot Partner with wheelchair advertisement on the side). They all seemed to be haveing a good time though. Maybe next time Ill pluck up the courage to say hello lol.

Yeah someone on here messaged me once about meets they have. I'm sure that was the MKRSowners club. He had a mk1 focus RS.

 

Its next monday 20th december at the anchor public house on goldington road bedford which is the a428 we used to be the flying horse at clophil but changed when it was closed for a refurb.
More cars in the summer as slot of people are sorned and off road for winter
