Im looking to put a 2 litre in my zetec s. I read a few threads on hear and ive gathered a bit of info but not quite enough. How much work is it to fit a 2 litre focus engine in my fiesta? Ive got the head, block and sump from a 2 litre focus and i know im goin to need the flywheel from a 1.8 escort. Will this work with my 1.6 gearbox?

Also read somethin about moving the alternator and getting a different water pump.

I know im goin to need alot more than this so any info on other parts i need would be great.

I do believe you will also need custom engine mounts and possibly loom

 

will put some links up later mate to help you with this.im just looking into turbo in my mk5 zetec s.... but with xmas and a 6month old baby its tight atm
