Default how much is my fully loaded l8 ecu worth?

i have a fortune in this ecu and i been thinking of using a after market ecu.
just was woundering how much mine was worth?
its a l8 ecu with msd live map chip with anti lag, launch control, wasted spark.
al & lc is £450 alone.
the spec of the chip is close to standard comp, pistons where standard comp but have valve cut outs, ported head, bd14 inlet and standard exhaust cams
4x4 inlet with 10mm spacer, siemens 83lbs injectors, t4 turbo.

the 4x4 inlet with spacer could be sold with the ecu as i have now got a hart plenum.

Yeah I'd say so, roughly £300 for just the ECU, plus what you would value the chip at

i would never spend that sort of money on an L8 - better off going aftermarket as all the functions you have added come as standard on most modern ECUs - for example a brand new Omex 600 ECU is 600

so i would be best of selling my ecu seperate to my chip so if someone had a l8 ecu already and wanted al and lc it would be a cheaper way to get it by buying my chip?
they would get al & lc plus a map for less than you can buy it new.

my map cost me over £500 plus al/lc is £450
so think i would get £350 for it?

hard 1 realy, if somebody has this exact spec and was gonna buy all this,
then its worth good money to them,
however 99% of people would go aftermarket ecu at this level,
defo think its best to sell seperate if poss,
think 350 might be a bit steep as its a live map to your engine and so only
good as an off the shelf chip(but less safe) to anybody else,
but yes it is still cheaper than buying al/lc so still cheap so hard to call

its not a hard spec to copy really t4, bd14 inlet cam, standard comp.
it would be better than a of the shelf chip if you had the above as i got a of the shelf chip from msd to drive the car down before this live map and it ran crap.

seen a few of these sell fully loaded with MSD add ons for about £550, a basic L8 with board can range from £200 to £250 normally.

I would try to sell it complete rather than mess about splitting it up, ebays your best bet as it will no doubt go abroad that way.

i have fully decided if i will sell it yet but would only split if the chip went first.
i want a after market ecu but i will be looking at well over 1k for a ecu and loom.

why are you changing to aftermarket ecu? Surely its fine as is, just have it remapped with your plenum on?

i completely agree mate,
but the idea of a live map is so that its perfect for your exact engine
as you'll full well know that no 2 engines are exactly the same,
i'm just trying to show both sides of the argument for and against,
i'm actualy in the exact same position,
i have a l8 with msd a/l, l/c, closed loop, siemens etc its cost me a small country's national debt to get it where i want it,
i'm gonna put my engine in a mk2 escort over the winter and thinking of switching to aftermarket management cause my loom has seen better days,
so instead of buying a new loom i was thinking of just changing the lot as it'll need another remap anyhow as i'll be chamging my intercooler and ex manifold etc,
so i realy am interested in what this makes for similar reasons to yours
