Default quick question,s2 stereo,interior light and clock stopped workin?!

in my s2,for some reason the stereo,interior clock and interior light have stopped working,all fuses look fine,so now im abit stimped,any ideas chaps. which fuse is it also,cheers

cant remember what fuse it is mate and cant check car cos at work lol but absolutely positive all those three things are on the same circuit so will almost deffo be the fuse, sure its a 10amp one.

Happened to me a couple of times.

deffo fuse same happened to mine inless the wiring has shorted

could be wiring, im sure its one of the fuses in the rite rear corner of fuse box.just dont fancy rippin dash out to find problem

Deffo fuse,they're all powered with a permanent live,again I cant remember what one as it was years ago.the only other possibility is a broken wire off the battery,although that's unlikely as you'd find other faults I'd imagine.

Double check the fag lighter as well as that's also perm live and iirc on the same fuse,I think that's the one your looking for,with a burning fag on it!!!

all fuses look fine and the 2 fuses that are the ones it could be are both fine,have even changed them for 2 new ones just in case they werent visibly blown

Ahh bastard,you got power going to the fuse?And out of the fuse?otherwise its wiring issues I'm afraid.it shouldn't be too hard to find though,pull the stereo out and most of that loom comes through there.the clock unfortunately is more fiddly,it runs down the a pillar,bit of a stripdown job then.

Check you have +12V at one side of the fuse if not theres no point in going any further, make sure the terminals are clean and shiny if still no joy the wire has probably got a bad/broken connection on the underneath.
