took the sump off my engine today gave it a clean out, was wondering is its worth getting it big winged before it goes back on?bearing in mind my car will never be used on track.is it worth just putting in a better baffle or is the standard one up to the job.

 

if its going near a track its a must,
so if you might do in the future then yes
but for road use its not realy needed

 

what about an uprated baffle.

 

kep it as it is mate if your not tracking it.

 

I just went with baffling and hole in each panel, was going to go big wing but didn't after someone exceptionally knowledgeable saw it on me mates bench and asked about it then advised.
His job is engine(parts) developer for competition cars, said it was very deep to start with.
I don't intend in this to do track days.
