Default what oil for first startup rebuild zetec?

can somebody tell me what oil i need to use when i first start up my freshly rebuild 2.0l zetec.
i'v been told to first use mineral oil for the first running in aboud 100miles , than change oil and filter again mineral oil for 500miles, than change again for normal oil 5w30.

does this make sense? and what grade of oil should i use?
if its wrong , point me in the good direction

thanks

I always use a mineral first for the first 2000 miles, though tbh it's very old fashioned since the oil companies reduced the amount of zddp a modern fully synthetic will break in perfectly.
Just don't labour the engine for the first 1000 miles, use revs instead, they need so little bedding in compared with older engines, I'm at 5000 rpm on a light throttle for short periods by 500 miles.
5W30 is fine, I use 5W40 personally in my dads zetec but 30's fine.
