on another note mate i would charge a nominal fee of say £50 or if they travela bit of a distance to get the dog then fair enough just some people not all will take the dog cause it was free decide it aint really what they expected wanted or even give it time to settle in and want shot so the dog gets passed about at least if they've been prepared to travel or pay something there serious

Sounds like a good idea. At least if they have to pay £50 they will have to give it some proper thought rather than just a "well i aint got nothing to loose" type of attitude.
Hope she gets re-homed with the minimum of fuss.
