Question am going for it..info on parts for black top zetec conversion

i mite aswell start a new thread...my focus 1.8 zetec black top diy build....
hi again sorry for being a pain.my mate as just offered me a s2 out let manifold and turbo wth down pipe..av looked but i cant seem to find the conversion plate for fitting the s2 out let manifold to the zetec .does any one no where these are for sale?...the other thing is where would the afm go when i turbo my car...will it go near the throttle body or will it need to be on the compresser of the turbo..i no my car wont last long with standed pistons but will it be better if i fit a decompresser plate in between the head and block and what size will i need..
av done the zvh before and ran spot on..i know my car will need my fuel but would a 5th injector in the air in take help? ..any thoughts or info please add ..thanks

Sorry just red the rest lol

just remember the more air you force in (turbo) you need to add more fuel and 1 5th injector may not be capible of doing this + you still have to buy a driver to run the 5th inj (MF2 is most common)

i wouldnt run an afm

look into aftermarket ecu they are not as costly as you may think

look into megasquirt they can run most injectors (a set from a vxr is now a popular choice and rel cheap)

i ran a decomp plate for the best part of a year with no problems (you have to at least do this to run any boost as the std compression is too high for boosted application )

ferriday also do these plates and sealent

hi fitted some parts to day but they will be modified for when i fit the turbo..
when i come to fit the turbo where car i put the oil return as the sump only looks little but they sames to be a alloy part that sits above the sump? plus where would the beather pipe go from the rocker cover ,would it stay plumed in to the air in take?
and the big problem is where the turbo down pipe will be going ,the air con is in the way but could i just make the down pipe be more to the passager side.also av piped in to the vac pipe to the fuel presser regulater valve for the boost gauge will that be ok?
any info would be great full..heres some pics of my car

1 the oil return should be welded/fitted into the top of the sump above oil level

2 the breather for the rocker .... most people just go with a oil catch can/breather

3 the front pipe you can moddifiy or get some1 to make a custom one

4 the boost gauge should be ok teed into frp

What are you doing for tuning ??

i think the easiest way for you is to run frst ecu and loom ofab/ofac

or run megasquirt standalone ecu??

the rover inlet im pretty sure you could run that on frst stuff

what ever you do dont get to tempted to fire the turbo etc on and run it with no managment you will fry your engine is mins !!!!

hope this helps
