Default Paypal Scam or Not??????????

Just recieived the following from anti-fraud@paypal.com about my account

I would like to Know is it a scam type email or should i take action??????

Somebody with ip address 149.225.126.87 (Romania) tried to access your account 3 times!

prob a scam...they dont normally send emails where you have to click on a link and then validate your details

delete it mate.

once you enter in your details they rob your id and steal your cash. I "think" The hyper link in the email points to a IP address and not paypal.com

had exact same one. bout 2 weeks ago.

only ever used paypaltwice so just ignored it

the link on this site will because its text copied from an email.

check the email itself and although the text might say http://www.paypal.com the link it points to is probably something like http://80.53.126.55 using a repleca of the paypal site.

Heres what I mean:

Click this link. It looks like passionford but its not http://www.newtechpirates.com/pfrip.html
