nowt special really, just gets rid of a t piece in the boost pipes.
any fabricator could do that to a standard one, however you won't be able to remove it if you have issues.
also that would be pants on an erst as it doesn't look like a twin piston one and would stall.
then again could be a twin, but unsure to be perfectly honest.
